Hungry for a taste of Las Vegas? Many restaurants on the Strip offer palate- and pocketbook-pleasing happy hours where guests can savor some of the city’s tastiest cuisine at a discounted price. It’s a great way to dine at several delectable restaurants without breaking the bank.

Known for its made-from-scratch, Southern-inspired cuisine, this rock-and-blues-themed restaurant recently updated its happy hour menu to better showcase its flavorful Creole fare. Available at the bar Sunday through Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m., guests can enjoy such delicious items as the Voodoo Eggrolls stuffed with crawfish, andouille sausage, corn, cheese and Cajun spices and the jambalaya and cheese blend Bayou Fritters, alongside more traditional happy hour fare like the Pork Sliders, with prices ranging from just $5 to $8. There are even Gator Bites on the menu for those curious about the dish. A variety of drink specials ranging from $5 to $8 are available, too. For more information go here.

KATSUYA AT SLS LAS VEGAS

Indulge in a menu of innovative Japanese dishes during this chic restaurant’s Social Hour, offered at the bar Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. In addition to such sumptuous sushi selections as the Corn Crunch Roll—garlic butter-sautéed shrimp and avocado rolled with crispy corn tempura and drizzled with sweet soy—guests can enjoy an assortment of easily shareable signature dishes, snacks and salads ranging from $4 to $11. Crowd-pleasing options include the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, “Karaage” Japanese Fried Chicken and Cucumber Sunomono. Drink deals priced from $6 to $8 are also available, including $7 Hot or Cold Sake. For more information go here.
